The Bharuch Dahej Railway Company Limited is one of the SPVs created for the development of railway infrastructure through Public Private Partnership. The Company was incorporated on 15th November 2006 and commenced business on 10th January 2007.The total landed cost of the project is Rs 285 Crores. The Debt to Equity Ratio envisaged is 70:30.The share holders are strategic investors in the Project.
